Like many players, I reached a certain point in World of Warcraft where the game had lost it’s “zing.” I started playing the game less and less. I had a horrible case of “alt-itis”, bouncing from toon to toon with no real purpose. Once my subscription was up, I was done. I wasn’t enjoying the game anymore. Sure I had some characters I had gotten to level 80, but each one seemed like such a chore that getting the next one just to level 60 seemed like a huge ordeal.
When I posted on my guild board that I was thinking of leaving, one of the senior members of the guild sent me a PM asking what the problem was. I told him a big reason was that the class I loved to play (the mage) was hard to level and I wasn’t having fun. He said he felt that way too until he learned the right way to level a mage. He gave me a link to a WoW Mage Leveling Guide that he said made the game fun again. Without this guide, he would have quit WoW over a year ago. Now he’s glad he got the guide and stuck around. The guide brought new energy back to the game for him. He said it was like he broke through the burnout barrier and he hasn’t looked back.

I was skeptical since most of the mage leveling guides I’ve checked out are either outdated or just flat out wrong. I took the plunge and checked out the guide. I have to say that it’s one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in regards to WoW. This guide renewed my desire to play WoW. Even better (or worse) it made want to play WoW MORE! Leveling became so much easier thanks to the in-game quest guide and my mage build was now tweaked to not only level faster, but deal more damage as well. I’ve passed along the information about the guide to others in our guild who thought about leaving World of Warcraft behind. The amount of thanks I’ve received for resurrecting their Warcraft desire is impressive. I’ve even gotten some pieces of gold from them during raids as a way of saying “thank you”.

If you’re frustrated with the way your mage is performing or you want to get that spark back in World of Warcraft, then I highly recommend you check out the best WoW Mage Leveling Guide available. I picked it up 6 months ago and I’m still playing WoW more than ever. There is a small cost involved ($47), but considering how much MORE fun I’m having in World of Warcraft now, it’s money well spent.
