Like many players, I reached a certain point in World of Warcraft where the game had lost it’s “zing.” I started playing the game less and less. I had a horrible case of “alt-itis”, bouncing from toon to toon with no real purpose. Once my subscription was up, I was done. I wasn’t enjoying the game anymore. Sure I had some characters I had gotten to level 80, but each one seemed like such a chore that getting the next one just to level 60 seemed like a huge ordeal.
When I posted on my guild board that I was thinking of leaving, one of the senior members of the guild sent me a PM asking what the problem was. I told him a big reason was that the class I loved to play (the mage) was hard to level and I wasn’t having fun. He said he felt that way too until he learned the right way to level a mage. He gave me a link to a WoW Mage Leveling Guide that he said made the game fun again. Without this guide, he would have quit WoW over a year ago. Now he’s glad he got the guide and stuck around. The guide brought new energy back to the game for him. He said it was like he broke through the burnout barrier and he hasn’t looked back.

I was skeptical since most of the mage leveling guides I’ve checked out are either outdated or just flat out wrong. I took the plunge and checked out the guide. I have to say that it’s one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in regards to WoW. This guide renewed my desire to play WoW. Even better (or worse) it made want to play WoW MORE! Leveling became so much easier thanks to the in-game quest guide and my mage build was now tweaked to not only level faster,but deal more damage as well. I’ve passed along the information about the guide to others in our guild who thought about leaving World of Warcraft behind. The amount of thanks I’ve received for resurrecting their Warcraft desire is impressive. I’ve even gotten some pieces of gold from them during raids as a way of saying “thank you”.

If you’re frustrated with the way your mage is performing or you want to get that spark back in World of Warcraft, then I highly recommend you check out the best WoW Mage Leveling Guide available. I picked it up 6 months ago and I’m still playing WoW more than ever. There is a small cost involved ($47), but considering how much MORE fun I’m having in World of Warcraft now, it’s money well spent.

Discover an effective WoW Mage Leveling Build for the early levels.

In order to level quickly with a mage, you need to focus on dealing out damage quickly without running out of magic. For the longest time, I tried to balance out my mage leveling build with talents from Fire, Ice, and Arcane. Let me tell you, a balanced mage is a slow leveling mage. Once I found a good WoW Mage Leveling Guide, I was in business.

In order to level faster, the best mage talent build invests heavily in fire talents. Fire has a high dps and can take down enemies fairly quickly. Here is part of a fire mage build spec up to level 31.

Fire

    * Level 10: Improved Fireball (1/5)
* Level 11: Improved Fireball (2/5)
* Level 12: Improved Fireball (3/5)
* Level 13: Improved Fireball (4/5)
* Level 14: Improved Fireball (5/5)
* Level 15: Ignite (1/5)
* Level 16: Ignite (2/5)
* Level 17: Ignite (3/5)
* Level 18: Ignite (4/5)
* Level 19: Ignite (5/5)
* Level 20: Burning Determination (1/2)
* Level 21: Burning Determination (2/2)
* Level 22: World in Flames (1/3)
* Level 23: World in Flames (2/3)
* Level 24: World in Flames (3/3)
* Level 25: Pyroblast (1/1)
* Level 26: Improved Scorch (1/3)
* Level 27: Improved Scorch (2/3)
* Level 28: Improved Scorch (3/3)
* Level 29: Master of Elements (1/3)
* Level 30: Master of Elements (2/3)
* Level 31: Master of Elements (3/3)

This build focuses mainly on Fireball to carry you through initially. While it can be boring to spam the same attack over and over, it’s necessary to improve leveling speed for your mage. The above mage leveling spec should get you moving along quickly and allow the levels to go by without too much trouble. Just don’t jump in a bunch of higher end baddies and expect to take them out. You’re a damage dealing machine, but that doesn’t make you invincible.

Finding the sweet spot for leveling a mage in WoW can be hard unless you have an informative WoW Mage Leveling Guide to assist.

Welcome to WoW Mage Leveling Guide

Welcome to the WoW Mage Leveling Guide. I created this site to help others who have struggled to with their WoW mage builds. Leveling a mage in WoW can sometimes be difficult. Getting the right Mage Leveling Spec can make all of the difference in the world in terms of your leveling speed.

This site was designed to provide assistance for those like me who have trouble getting their mage over the hump in World of Warcraft. I was once like many WoW players, struggling to keep up with guildmates who were leveling like crazy. It got pretty frustrating since I was putting in just as much time as they were playing the game, but I was always a few level behind. It didn’t matter what WoW mage build I was trying to use, I never could seem to find the sweet spot.

Nowadays, I can level a mage to 80 in around 7 days. Since I know a lot of players are frustrated about how quickly they can level a mage, I thought many WoW gamers would find a site like this useful. There will be mage leveling build/mage leveling spec information , information on how play as a mage (as opposed to other classes) and much more.

Be sure to check the WoW Mage Leveling Guide often for more information.
